Kwon Bop Do / Tae Kwon Do
Kwon Bop Do is one of the oldest Korean Arts before the combining of several Kwans (Schools) when Tae Kyon was named Tae Kwon Do. We are a Freestyle Tae Kwon Do system under the lineage of Grandmaster Joe Onopa; a 10th Degree Black belt U.S.A. Our system has a heavy emphasis on realistic self defence and application of Tae Kwon Do and Ju Jitsu techniques, 70 - 30% respectively. We are not sports orientated yet pride ourselves on producing a multitude of State, National and World Champions in all styles of Competition. FMA is a very in depth Art for all ages and our students become very adaptable in all fields of endeavour.

Pee Wee FMA Club  (ages 4-7yrs)
Our future leaders of Australia will gain the guidance and assistance through the Martial Arts by learning skills to help them advance in life. They will develop their gross motor skills, focus, concentration, balance, coordination, moral and social skills, Stranger Danger awareness and anti bully techniques. As they progress, you as a parent, will notice your child becoming confident, respectful of themselves and others and be able to integrate with others. You will also see a drive to achieve and a sense of wellbeing through fitness and health. It sets a precedent for the rest of their life.

Freestyle Tae Kwon Do - Primary (ages 8-12yrs)
These classes are dedicated to this particular age group, as we all know children at this stage of life vary greatly in their perception and understanding of education and life. We encourage the children to develop a love of the Martial Arts as it will provide them with life skills and a mental confidence that lasts a life time with the added bonus of exceptional physical fitness that will assist all other sporting interests due to it’s equilibrium & ambidextrous training techniques.
